Vivienne St. John Robb
Principal
Vivienne, an enthusiastic and energetic early childhood consultant with more than 30 years experience working across Australia, Canada and the UK, leads the team of highly qualified experienced practitioners in their work with Providers, Directors, Educational Leaders, Educators, Committees, Owners and Boards.
With experience in Long Day Care and Family Day Care Vivienne is a published author and ECA conference presenter and has qualifications in management, children and community services, positive psychology and wellbeing. She has a special interest in wellbeing and positive interventions in the early years to support relationship based care in building strong attachments, resilience and healthy brain development.
Vivienne is an accredited Resilience@Work® Individual, Team and Leader; MBTI Step 1 & II Administrator, Mental Health First Aider and a Strengths Profile Coach.
Through her work with ACECQA and Board directorships Vivienne is influencing state-wide policy development and regulation to improve quality outcomes for children and young people, within a broad range of service provision and governance arrangements.

Tracy Foulkes
Consultant
Tracy‘s extensive career in children’s services commenced as an educator, team leader, acting director and director. Her work has been based on the belief that children develop trust in others, themselves and their environment through respectful, positive and authentic relationships.
Tracy has completed international study through Bristol University (United Kingdom) and Reggio Emilia (Italy). She has completed RIE® Foundations and REI principles underpin Tracy’s practice.
For the last 30 years Tracy has specialised in the professional development of educators, most recently leading the TAFE SA team designing professional learning programs for LDC, FDC and OSHC across SA. She is a published author and ECA conference presenter and was a NETWORK SA Board member for 10 years. Tracy has qualifications in Early Childhood, Leadership and Positive Psychology
Sabrina Young
Consultant
Sabrina is a passionate Early Childhood Education expert with 2 decades of experience in multiple leadership roles of Team Leader, Assistant Director and Director of a Community-Based ACECQA rated ‘Exceeding’ long day care centre for 6 years.
Sabrina is a strong advocate for staff, children and families and has specialised skills in relationship-based care with children with complex needs such as identified trauma, autism and global developmental delays.
Sabrina holds an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and a Diploma of Community Services (Children’s Services).
She was a Board member of NETWORK SA and a member of Community Children’s Centres of South Australia (CCCSA) for 6 years.
Kate McEwan
Consultant
Kate has over 30 years of experience in education, counselling and wellbeing.
With qualifications including a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, Bachelor of Education and Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Kate is also an accredited Strengths Profile coach, Yoga teacher and NLP practitioner.
As a highly skilled educator Kate brings a passion for strengths, communication, self-awareness and team development. Kate has a special interest in how to live a meaningful and satisfying life and sharing her expertise in building individual wellbeing of children, young people and adults through yoga, meditation, humour and the health benefits of nature.
